BROCCOLI AND LEEKS
Broccoli and Leeks
Serves: 4
Total Time: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
4 Cups broccoli florets
3 medium thinly sliced leeks
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil



DIRECTIONS
1. In a large skillet stir broccoli in hot oil for 4 minutes
2. Stir in the leeks, salt, and pepper to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes or
until broccoli is crisp-tender.
