CHINESE NOODLE SALAD
Chinese Noodle Salad
Serves: 8
Total Time: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
7 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoon sugar
7 Tablespoon soy sauce
8 scallions thinly sliced
½ cup carrots, julienne
1 Cup broccoli florets
1 (14oz) package Chinese noodles
1 cup bean sprout, blanched


DIRECTIONS
1.  In a large bowl mix scallions, sugar, balsamic vinegar,
soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
2.  Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the carrots,
broccoli, and noodles, cook for 2-3 minutes until aldente.
Strain to remove water and add to large bowl with the other
ingredients.
