ALL-AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER
All-American Cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds ground chuck (20% fat)
1/4 cup minced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
Lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard
8 slices Swiss cheese


DIRECTIONS

In a bowl gently combine all ingredients. Form into 8, 3/4"-thick
patties.
Grill over a hot fire or cook in a hot skillet 4-5 minutes per side,
turning once only. After turning, place the cheese on the top of the
burger to melt.
Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings
