INGREDIENTS

8 chicken thighs

Marinade:
Finely grated zest of 2 oranges
1 cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup honey
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place in a zip lock bag.

2. Combine the ingredients to make the marinade; toss with the chicken
to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or more.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the chicken in a large, shallow
roasting pan ans season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour marinade
over the chicken.

4. Bake the chicken until it’s golden brown and cooked through, about 45
minutes.
