INGREDIENTS
1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
1/2-cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon minced onion


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix the soy sauce and pineapple juice ginger, minced garlic and
minced onion in a 9x13 inch-baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to
coat evenly marinate for at least 1 hour. Bake, skin side down, for 30
minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let cool and
serve.
