Herbed Peppered Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients
1 Boneless 3 pound loin roast
2 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 Teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, all ingredients well
    and apply to all surface of the pork roast.
  2. Place pork in a shallow pan and roast for 1 – ½ hours (18-20
    minutes per pound), until internal temperature reaches 155
    degrees.
  3. Remove roast from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
